Ordering Information
Discreet shipping - All packages have full mailing addresses, if not USPS shipping then it will also have phone number, contents [example: 5 vhs or 10 comics] and value. Value is also on all out of country. No receipt included, it is given out in a email
Lifetime warranty ~ Invaild against human, machine misuse, & run time. Refunds given out after the replacement process when bootlegs / video games don't play like they should, false description, or mistake in order. Replacement process: 1) email me the problem, 2) send only the not as described item(s) back, 3) i check them; a) proves to be true, i will replace them (replacing not available then refund) and refund (fedex ground, ups ground, media, or first class; anything else i would not pay for) shipping item(s) to me; b) checks as described, required to pay for shipping them back {either you send the shipping money or i send it back and the shipping bill is billed to you or i keep the item(s) and sell/trade to the next person}. There are no refunds or replacing on comic books, miscellious items and out of country except mistake in order. Invalid on not compatible equipment and nitpicking. Out of country no replacing or refunds unless bootleg / video game quits by itself [only the bootlegs that ship out of country are checked for like described before shipping because i don't get a whole lot out of country and i don't have time to check all orders]. Replacing & refunds are done as soon as possible.
No payment / Trade / Credit within 15 days after email receipt given out, i cannot guarantee the item(s) will still be in stock.
All items ~ if i don't have the item(s) when i receive payment / trade / credit then credit or full refund (exception when past 15 days [see above], shipping is taken out).
Privacy Statement ~ Names, email addresses, what you purchased / traded / credit, money you spend, home addresses, & phone number will be known only to me and the shipping company; you will never be called, it will only be used on the form required by Fedex/UPS; people who are negative towards me, a liar, etc. have no privacy. No adware, spyware, etc. if you receive any they are from other websites.
Not responsible for ~ stolen money and/or package/damaged package (cannot be totally prevented but it is almost unheard of if someone has to sign for it, high insurance or express mail), package returns here for some reason instead of the address given to me (requied to repay for shipping, {either you send the shipping money or i send it back and the shipping bill is billed to you or i keep the item(s) and sell/trade to the next person}) [your responiblity to tell me where the package is going, i copy that on my order book and on package, i can't be at fault i ship where you tell me], purchasing and/or trading for a bootleg that is illegal in your country (i don't have time to study the laws of all the countries).
Custom Bootlegs
Quality definitions: Perfection / Remastered / Computer Generated / HD (High Definition) or other future (2000 and up) quality: N/A; older shows, fan films, and overseas films may have grain which is not in the definitions that is just how they are made can't get no better -
A = near perfect to few lines appear not throughout possible small fade (small flaw, hardly noticable during daylight, makes picture a shade darker if picture is dark (night time)). If more than 4 to a set they maybe a barely noticable line throughout on 1 or 2.
B = lines appear half to throughout occurs more often than A, possible fade (more often than A fade if there is some) or few skipping barely noticable but not enough to miss any part of the show.
C = lines appear most to throughout, some fade / blackouts, possible skipping more often than B or low fuzzy (snow), middle quality (average) between A & F.
D = recorded from rabbit ears, sound great, fuzzy (snow) effect is throughout covering the whole picture, other flaws almost non existent.
E = viewable if you have good vision & pay close attention, lots of lines, fade, skipping, some cases not all sound can be heard due to skipping [unless a show exists no other way i won't have a E].
F = failing to met any qualifications to met quality definitions, not possible in any way viewable/watchable [only a thieve will have F].
Credits = theme, cast, title screen, episode / short title, producer, directer, writer, logo, etc.
Commericals = yes ~ more than half or throughout, no ~ less than half or none
Episode listing = order of episodes/shorts on each tape/disc, listing i give is tape/disc number then what episode number or episode name they are according to the order in which they aired [sometimes being not production order]; example [dvd/vhs 1 = 1 - 6; pilot - new york shinest...]
Master print = straight from the original master reel before aired or released, original version of a film or recording from which a series of copies can be made; those that are marked master print are from the studio edit or storage vault and not from a officially released video (any format) except those few that are mixed in with the TV channels and shorts.
Fan Made Film = film where a fan {of superman, spider-man, etc.} makes a video where no money is used on anyone [doing it for free] except for equipment being used to make it and is never for sale; at one time or another all fan films are given away for free or free showing; almost all fan films the copyright owners of characters being used are not involved but sometimes will promote it in a free matter.
Approx. run time is about how long the show is including credits and commericals if they are any; doesn't include duplicates, extra shows [not assoicated with the show], & blank space.
Public Domain (PD): show that the copyright has expired, company that owns it no longer in business, or where the owner does not care; if a show is in the public domain one can do whatever they want even mass production sales [many companies such as Good Times, Video Treasures, Movie Favorites, Alpha, Digiview and several more already have]; such shows are those you would find in the 1.00 - 3.00 bin, 50 movie set 20.00 etc. in various stores
Watermark = wording that is on the screen or going across the screen that someone put there that was not originally there, example: a weather warning or unlicensed trial program. Does not mean it's illegal
Shorts = similiar to episodes except they run about 7 minutes, not all shows that appear to be shorts are known as shorts and are just called episodes

Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Why do you not accept checks, credit cards, paypal, and other online payment methods?
Answer: Checks take approx. 10 - 15 days depending upon location to clear, i don't want to mess with a waiting period after payment arrives and alot of people misuse checks (writting bad checks on purpose). Also is not safe for the buyer because most checks have name, address, bank drawn from, and account number which be easy access to your account. Credit cards and other online payment methods = when buying over the internet these methods are not safe because it is impossible to check for proper id and can easily (even a kid or a handicap can do it) be fake - if i accept stolen money and the victim tracks the money here, it would come out of my pocket and then i will be the victim from a unknown
Q: Give change if i even out (or other situtation) the cash or money order?
A: Yes for small differences like
10.00 or less
Q: Cash not safe to send?
A: Same risk factor as a money order, only difference is you pay less with cash; no one looks for cash being sent through the mail, there is no proof of delivery unless you have me sign for it; either case the law will do nothing in most situations because of out of state, money order will show you, you paid for the item(s) but that's about all it does, if money order is high amount you will be able to get part of it back if you have your receipt but it's not worth the hassle to do all that is required and very long wait time
Q: Invalid payment sent will be shredded without notice?
A: Too many are sending invalid payment and is getting to much of a hassle; no other methods (even if guaranteed) will be accepted
Q: Secure ordering?
A: Never was 100% safe to order online however it is safer to use cash, or money order (see 1st question). There are several online stores that say secure or hack free don't believe it does not exist nor will it ever exist. It is a chance that buyer / trader takes. Just because ordered from someone smooth does mean it will go smooth in future dealings, been down that road several times.
Q: No address found?
A: I don't want pay / trade / credit to arrive when i don't know about it, shipping cost, whether or not accepted, various robots or people take the address and use it for their own purposes [invasion of privacy] or to be sold to another
Q: Local pickup / Store i can visit?
A: Store is only setup as internet based; can pickup locally if you want to but almost all cases cheaper to ship
Q: Other shipping methods?
A: Ask, it's all possible; due to various reasons is why i don't list all of them on the order form
Q: Overcharged on shipping?
A: Email to tell me if checks out in my order and receipt book a refund will be sent; 1-2 difference or the minium shipping charge no this is for if on accident i go way off and unreasonable
Q: Free / discount shipping?
A: i quit in late April 2007, blame the government that owns the post office and other shipping companies for high prices which keep being raised for only one reason to obtain more money (don't believe them when they explain the reason; example high gas prices = raising to cover the cost ok what business wouldn't but when the gas goes down their prices remain the same); will begin again if ever become reasonable prices however will discount on large orders
Q: Sales / discounts?
A: I do not offer any on sale or discounts other than what is posted, items are already marked the lowest i would sell/credit for, i do not believe in having the lowest price anywhere causing all people to go here so other businesses close and after close i raise it [this is what most giant companies do]
Q: Against the law?
A:
Legal; not just words actual laws presented, actual cases and various examples that happen every day
Q: Takes so long to complete a bootleg order?
A: First payment cleared / trade / credit arrive first serve, i don't make them ahead of time, i have only a few operational copying equipment, some orders larger than others, i can only make them at certain times and once in awhile something comes up and i can't make any at all on that particular day however i do make them at a good pace but i do not collect money/trade/credit and then not do it or drag it out (few people i ordered (3-7 vhs/dvd) from have taken over 30 days and i'm the only order
Q: Still have VHS; poor quality, degrades, etc.?
A: Refering to good made not cheap; type of quality is a opinion each person has a different view on its definitons however HD, remastered, etc. is not quality because on such a high amount of graphics and brightness some people can experience seizures, eye problems or if get close to the picture or at certain angles the picture blurs sometimes enough blurs can't make nothing out except sound, VHS do not degrade unless it has been misused, i have been through millions of VHS including ones dating back to 1978 not a single one degraded but i have seen a few DVDs degrade, storage vaults still store their shows on reels [they put them on DVDs and a few years later most of them degraded the reels did not good thing they saved the original reels, the DVDs were top of the line and climate controled], VHS can withstand much higher and lower temperatures than DVD [i once knew someone who had no place to store their shows except their damp basement the DVDs did not survive the VHS after getting them to a normal temperature played the same before it was stored in the basement], the only advantages on DVD are smaller and the menus, VCRs can ruin VHS this is true but it is rare unless you are using cheap or poor constructed vcrs, it's more common that if the unit needs parts or cleaning and keep playing the VHS then it ruins it but that's the person for keep using it when it needs parts or cleaning, there have been more problems with DVD players in a month than ever was in all of the lifetime of VCRs {more recorded returns/complaints etc.]; any kind of disc if any of the insides are exposed and if you are around that for awhile it can give you cancer; i could go into more detail but you get the idea which one is better made (after lining up the facts not opinions)
Q: DVD bootlegs cost more?
A: Type of blanks i get cost more than vhs blanks [alot of difference between vhs / dvd], recorder being used, for DVD handling slowly and carefully to avoid destroying it, fingerprints, etc. [discs are more sensitive than a newborn baby]; a copier tower i wouldn't get because there is not 100% success rate in the burn assuming everything's in working order, cost high and doesn't last very long when constantly using; neither is a hookup to a computer however the success is better but still not 100%,; recorder that i have cost in retail more than half the cost of vhs hookup [for dvd even at 2 vhs vcr hookups still cost more, takes 3 to make it even or bit over]; i do not use the cheap blanks they will not last even if not misused, bulk rate dvds in spindles are used once in awhile but add a full size jewel case and comes out the same
Q: Order individual episodes instead of the set?
A: Depending upon on what you need ask, may or maynot have menus
Q: Order 2 or more movies/other to be put on 6 hour speed instead of each one separate to cost less?
A: Yes, full cost for the 1st and some taken off for the next one(s); if dvd will be menus
Q: Most other bootleggers disc format cost way less for the same or similiar item?
A: Most others: cheap blanks (0.05 - 0.25 range each, see the cheap dvd blanks question), no full size jewel case instead either loose or 0.01 - 0.05 each slim case or sleeve [sometimes jamming more than 1 into a case/sleeve or used condition, these are not protection that's basically a cover for dust], burner or tower used which is not a 100% success rate [freezes making it unplayable], least half in packing when shipping is low and rattles, writting on disc which sooner or later the ink will go down to the inside layer and ruin the disc, no or low warranty, no quality descriptions just numbers or letters which mean nothing [see the quality question], shows copied from official retail dvd sets that are not public domain, questions remain unanswered (sometimes you ask no response or make up a answer): source, credits, etc., no episode listings, no business or tax license, sometimes saying it's complete and is not or say it is replacable if needed they won't [list goes on] ~~~~~ i use good blanks with full size jewel case and make them 100% success rate, no writing, lifetime warranty that includes replacement and refund, episode listings for most shows, packing in shipping so if package not misused there is no damage, unmatched or even close to my knowledge indepth descriptions, layaway, business and tax license.... ~~~~~ there are several who charge about 20.00 per disc esspecially the movie section and they fall in cheap blanks etc.; none of these statements are opinions, search and see for yourself; find anything false i'll change it
Q: Should i get a bootleg from you when it has a official release or i can download it?
A: Alot of the releases are cut such as music is changed like Married With Children, edited to change some of the wording or cut action like Beavis and Butt-Head, says it's complete but is not Swamp Thing is missing Heart of the Mantis, freezes making part of it unwatchable and company will not fix it like any of the He-Man releases; some are cheaper while others someone may not be able to get and few are cheap made and won't last; yes there are some that nothing is wrong like shorts and shows that originally aired on premium channels (Sex and the City) and most shows you can see the way it was intended to be; only show i can think of that the release is better is Police Squad (when aired it was edited, refering to the 2 vhs set i'm not sure about the dvd); almost every time if downloading a show it is from a torrent, torrents can be tracked and can result in a lawsuit whether if legal or not, only way to block it is to not download at all [there are software programs that says its being blocked, it does block but there's no way to tell who's being blocked trackers pose as downloaders not in their headquarters], i don't think other type downloads are tracked
Q: VHS T-200?
A: This size is no longer being made, not worth it to use a used T-200 which are hard to find plus early T-200 are poorly made, when it was available the retail price ran around 10.00 per tape not worth it for a extra hour
Q: No DVD menus?
A: I don't have time to make them
Q: No time in making menus, a burner or tower does it?
A: True but i have neither (see above)
Q: No DVD-R/DVD+R/CD-R/BD-R format?
A: None are rewrittable, if mistake in hookup, etc. the blank is no good; rw blank still good [i put too much effort into my bootlegs to have any no good blanks]
Q: No PAL VHS, DVDs not Region 1, DVD-ROM, DVD-RAM, computer format like avi, VCD/SVCD, Beta/SVHS/DVHS?
A: I'm not interested in doing foreign or computer formats; ram, rom, DVHS, SVHS are rarely used and blanks are very high priced, VCD/SVCD not enough will fit on 1 CD-R to bother with but i will make them if the order is small enough otherwise it's not worth it; Beta almost no parts are available anymore once they go out they are useless
Q: No printed or write out name of episodes on episode listings?
A: You will get a write out according episode numbers, episode names if small. I have my own copy in my notebook and i don't have time to write or type them up a 2nd time, also do not have a printer anymore, actual name of the episode can be found in various places online and in books (library if don't want to buy them)
Q: Marked Trade or Credit not for sale?
A: Some companies care (shows are being or already have official release) when selling copies, i cannot keep track of which company cares or not so all are marked to avoid conflict (i've had conflict before due to how it works it's not worth it, there is a alernative method one can use ask for more information [exception: fan made films]; basically the copyright is in effect; owner of the show will say it damages them not true it really helps them
Q: You hold my disc bootleg in trade/credit some time before making mine?
A: Too many people misdescribed their bootleg(s) such as complete and is not, freezes and don't replace etc. this is to avoid me getting stolen from which happened many times i receive don't check it turns out bad usually one of the two reasons listed and will not fix it even if i do ship the problem back for the person to see for themselves
Q: Labeling bootlegs?
A: Piece of paper in the sleeves or cases; labels, cases, or discs are not written on.
Q: Brand blanks used?
A: Whatever kind is in stock when i order from my source, i don't get the cheap blanks, if dvd need certain size like 4x instead of 8x ask, since mine can run almost any size it will be whatever my source sends, sometimes i run out of a certain name brand and use a different one on the same order don't want this to happen let me know
Q: Not all bootlegs in A quality?
A: Come from various sources, not copied right somewhere along the line causing the B, C, & E qualitys, D quality taped from rabbit ears (before cable), may not exist in A quality even a master print [example student film Aquaman], F quality is not possible watchable; they can be fixed by remastering them but i don't recommend it, see quality question
Q: Approx. run time instead of actual run time listed?
A: Each player & name brand blank is different which may speed up or slow down which is not noticable unless you time it, does not mean something is added or missing; example: my superman movie runs 3 hours 10 minutes but my dvd recorder runs it as the same with the trailer, channel 7 aired only 1 version of that movie, when i run the movie on a dual deck vcr the counter is correct.
Q: Custom artwork?
A: No, after adding a special box, color ink cartridge (they won't last long, for those printers that do last i can't afford), paper, special cutting the paper to fit the box, i'd have to charge nearly double the set price just to break even, it's not worth it, referring to good artwork not cheap thrown together
Q: Masters page?
A: Used to have a masters page where i sold, traded, or credit on the actual master copy set i ran out and not doing that anymore, only picking up what i would like or special order
Q: EP / SLP / SEP transfered to SP speed?
A: No, there's no sense in doing it when it comes out almost exactly the same, have to charge the normal price for SP plus extra for special request which comes to about 2 - 4x more, and most sets i don't have the time to do such a request
Q: EP / SLP / SEP quality drops from SP speed / Standard blank tapes quality drops from Professional / Premium etc. blanks?
A: True but cannot be seen unless you zoom in, who is going to zoom in while watching the show? extremely rare so there's no need for it; zooming in is almost entirely used for security purposes
Q: Generation copy are your master copies?
A: Does not matter, if copied correctly there's no difference between the master and the copy unless you label it, and most of the time impossible to say if the one i get from does not know
Q: Bootlegs not like described on your equipment but plays like described on mine?
A: Your equipment either a) does not have the right tracking setting [common in almost any vcr with automatic tracking], b) needs cleaning, c) vcr needs new rubbers; d) cheap made [do you really think a 30.00 - 100.00 retail value player is quality], d) few dvd players can only play certain size [4x, 8x, etc.] which is not in the manaual, e) extremely rare it can only play certain speeds or other situations
Q: Some DVD bootlegs have more quantity than VHS?
A: Have a maximum 6 hour recorder; to my knowledge there does not exist a 'good' made recorder that records 8 or 10 hours {very few exist that record that high}; good meaning one that lasts and not one that lasts just past the warranty and then dies or don't work properly
Q: ¤ on bootleg pages?
A: Move your cursor over it and find out
Q: Trading: no same time shipping or i ship first?
A: Businesses don't send first unless giving out IOUs which i don't do, at one time i did have regular returning customers have the option to ship at the same time but too many misuse this [don't ever send my end or item(s) not agreed upon] so i quit doing it
Q: Ordered on a show / comic, isn't what i want but holds the same title or same thing but under a different title or different artwork?
A: There are several that hold the same title or same thing but under a different title and totally different, check the year, volume number, when it was released, company; not for replacing or refunding
Q: Ordered a comic and wasn't the right type of cover and/or condition?
A: sometimes there are different varations to 1 issue, i cannot keep track of all varations, if it's not marked need to ask before ordering; if very good or better isn't a good enough description ask and i'll look at a few issues not several, i use that range cause i rarely carry anything in lower conditions and don't have the time to record all conditions to every comic listed; no refunds in either case.
Q: Complete storyline in the wrong section?
A: I am not aware it exists, i don't have the time to skim through every comic to know the storyline
Q: Video games?
A: I quit doing it only keeping it up until i run out and done with personal use
Q: Removed my link from the warp zones?
A: When i check links and one's not present it gets removed (i don't have the time to email a notice), illegal activity going on or reported, link not viewable by other viewers, banner not properly placed on your website, you may have added mine without letting me know; if i ask it means it's already up and will remain at least 3 days, fail in that time to link me it's removed but welcome to resubmit
Q: Banner needs to be on the home page or top part of any other page?
A: Search engines do not pick up banners and if at the middle or bottom page and not on home page it gets rarely noticed
Q: Use banners on warp zones?
A: I don't choose to have any graphic image, main reason for those people with slow connections can still access it without being slow; if slow to load most viewers will move on
Q: Have more than 1 page to 1 category in warp zones?
A: There isn't a need, search engines still pick them up, even if i had 1 long page or several pages most viewers will not go through them all, i have several links on other websites are worser buried among other graphics and text and search engines still pick them up
Q: No description under your link in warp zones?
A: I don't have the time to participate in this, most search engines only pick up the link title not the description
Q: Some links do not link my website?
A: Paid for putting link up and not mine, quit participating in the free link exchange and be removed next time i check links for link back
Q: Packing and how well it is packed on shipping?
A: Packed so that it will not take damage unless misused by the employees; can't really depend on any shipping company: i've seen discs go through loose with no packing make it and glass packed with packing in a big box for more protection with the box arrive flawless and the glass inside cracked; if are concerned with this order protection such as signing or insurance
Q: No pictures?
A: At this time don't wish to participate in having pictures; main reason see banners on warp zones question above, i'd rather have a described item like descibed than a fake picture to go by (alot of sellers use them), takes too much time to take picture of every item available, also don't have the equipment
Q: New items arrive / updates?
A: Varies if i buy a load, someone sends in items for cash or credit, or warp zone added/removed, never know when that will be, sometimes short periods and sometimes long periods before anything new or updated
Q: Mailing lists?
A: No
Q: Time limits such as holding items, layaway, etc.?
A: This is a business not a storage unit, more than enough time even a foreigner if needeth more time just ask but don't drag it out
Q: References?
A: No sense in giving them out, it does not prove nothing. There are people who have millions of good references and when one deals with them it turns out bad, who have 10+ people say bad things and turn out no problems, who say bad things never did any business at all, who say bad things yet received like described, who say good things but there exists a problem and won't say anything, who say good things and never did any business, can easily be fake and written by seller/trader just to convivce you it's cool and then after one pays/trades receive nothing or not like described and many more situations like these
Q: Heard various negative comments etc. about you true?
A: Send a email about this and then let me look the order up, i would look in my records and tell you my end of the situation, comparing the two you be the judge; study the situation don't just assume if relative/friend etc. it's automatic false, judge it as if you knew no one and just wanted to seek the truth
Q: One does not like such a such thing(s) i do, how i operate, my defintions, etc.?
A: don't like anything then don't order; no one will be treated different than what's posted
Q: Don't have time to read the 'contract' or 'descriptions'?
A: Your freedom of choice to read or not, doesn't take that long to get the basic idea, i don't have the time to remind everyone, used to remind on certain things but getting to bothersome and too many requests, this is why it's there and not me having to write it over and over.. on each individual email
Q: Order problems, not like described, mistakes?
A: Email me, there is no reason not to and no reason one would not want to go through the replacement / refund process, i am not perfect, if one does not let me know there exists a problem then i think there is none, mind reading is not one of my skills, of course if you choose not to participate that's fine to, that's your freedom of choice; you bought/traded/credit something in a store in your town you would return it (don't get replacement/refund if store doesn't have item(s) back) same process here, why would you not want to return it doesn't make any sense (it would be if shipping was a factor but it isn't)
Q: Rate yourself among other bootleggers / comic book / video game dealers?
A: Opinion of what i think others will vary: the best in bootleging because no one puts in more effort than what i do {prove me wrong i'll change this} but i do have a drawback for those who like the dvd format i have no menus; comics middle some better some worse as to comparing to selection, bags, boards, pricing, conditions
